Oh my! It has been a crazy week for me! Time to slide into home, and put on some slippers and maybe give the dog some attention finally! He will appreciate that!
Seems like my daily tasks list grows overnight! Wake up, make coffee and hit it! Down the list I go-trash out this Foreclosure listing, contact M & T and B of A (my life is defined by the initials of banks, apparently) regarding a new short sale listing in Citrus Heights. Chase down an AWOL appraisal. Help those lucky first time buyers with a home inspection. And….to add to the craziness, the home inspection was right at the corner of where a police chase ended! The perp was wrassled to the ground by the neighbors, all the TV news stations were camped out on the corner in their broadcast trucks. Oh my!
Glad to be busy. By the time I work my way down my list, it’s mid afternoon. I look down, realize I’m done, and …..now what? What do I do now? If the rain would stop, I could jump on my horse–the best meditation around.
Or, maybe clean my office area! One thing for sure, it all starts again tomorrow.
I have a listing in North Sacramento-great for an investor, the home is Section 8 approved and tenant is in place. Or a Cutie Patootie home in Citrus Heights with a very nice remodel, this one is a Short Sale, but don’t worry, I’ll get it approved. Also, a heads up for a Foreclosed condo coming up in Foothill Farms, 95841.
